Georgia Bulldogs RB Todd Gurley was back on the field for the team returning from an ankle injury and he came back strong in his return. Gurley ran for 100 yards on the ground on 17 carries and he scored a touchdown. He also added 87 receiving yards and a touchdown. He still didn’t look like he was at full strength in his return, but he was still able to put up some good numbers.

Gurley is one of the top backs in the nation and when he chooses to enter the NFL Draft, he will be the top back selected. He is tough to bring down and has the speed to run by defenders.

The league doesn’t rely on running backs and the running game like they used to, but Gurley can be a big asset for some team. He can be a threat catching passes and will be a huge weapon running the football on offense. It will be fun to watch him in the league going up against the league’s defenses.
