The Tennessee Titans took a big blow this weekend. They lost to the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars and they lost their quarterback Jake Locker for the rest of the season. Locker has suffered a Lisfranc Injury and will have to sit out the rest of the year. The injury takes some time to heal and it has sidelined many players for whole seasons.

The Titans were making a run at the playoffs this season, but this is going to hurt their chances badly. They looked good at the start of the season, but then they lost Jake Locker for some time and they stumbled while he was out. Now they will have to continue on with Ryan Fitzpatrick calling the plays under center.

The Titans are likely out of the playoff race now that Locker is out. They couldn’t even beat the Jacksonville Jaguars without him in the lineup. It will be a long road till the end of the season. Best of luck to Jake Locker in his recovery process.
