Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Lavonte David shined in the team’s win on Monday against the Miami Dolphins. He showed the national audience what kind of player that he is. He is quick to the football and has great instincts for the Bucs. He has the speed to play safety, but he is in the middle making plays all over the field. He forced a safety on the Dolphins early in the game and finished the game with a couple of tackles in the backfield. He is a stud playmaker for the Bucs defense.

The Bucs have a solid group of players on that defensive side of the football. They have Lavonte David roaming around making plays and they also have young safety Mark Barron flying around the field. Darrelle Revis and Dashon Goldson are also a couple of guys in the secondary that can shut some players down.

The Buccaneers are going to be at the top of the draft in the offseason and everyone feels that a quarterback will be at the top of their list in the draft, but what if they added a player like Jadeveon Clowney to that already talented group of young players? That could be dominating like the Buccaneers defense of old.
