Minnesota Vikings Jared Allen is a free agent at the end of the year and might decide to take his talents somewhere else in the offseason. His name was mentioned a ton during the trading deadline. There is a strong possibility that he will be chasing quarterbacks in a different jersey next season, but when he does retire, he plans on signing back with the Vikings on a 1 day contract.

“Wherever I go, when I retire, I’m going to call them and say, ‘Hey, let me sign a one-day contract,” Allen said. “Minnesota will always be in my heart. But I don’t know what the future holds. We haven’t talked about it. I’m trying not to think about it.” – USA Today

Allen has been a favorite for the city of Minnesota. He is loved by the fans and they would love to celebrate him on last time before he rides off in the sunset.

Now, where will he be playing next season?
