The Green Bay Packers are going to go with Matt Flynn as their starting quarterback on Thursday against the Detroit Lions, according to Rob Demovsky. Flynn will be their 4th starter this season.
Aaron Rodgers has been ruled out for the game with his collarbone injury. He wasn’t going to get cleared to play on the short week. Flynn has been getting the reps with the first team.
Scott Tolzien will serve as the backup in the game.
