The high powered offense of both the Green Bay Packers and the Atlanta Falcons are set to battle it out in what should be a high scoring affair. Both these teams could meet again in the playoffs. Aaron Rodgers has been playing lights out and has carried this team to wins. Matt Ryan has been playing spectacular and Julio Jones is playing out of this world.

AT LEAST THAT IS HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE!!!

These two teams are struggling to get things rolling. The Packers have not been able to get a win since Aaron Rodgers went down with a collarbone injury. He still won’t be able to play in this game and the team is trying to scratch and claw their way into a playoff spot. It just keeps slipping further and further away though.

The Falcons have played terrible this season. Julio Jones went down with a season ending injury and that hurt the team. The team defense is bad and the offense has not been able to move the ball like they expected.

Prediction:

Nov 28, 2013; Detroit, MI, USA; Green Bay Packers quarterback Matt Flynn (10) looks to pass during the fourth quarter of a NFL football game against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving at Ford Field. Mandatory Credit: Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The Packers are going with Matt Flynn as the team’s starter and he will be looking to bring the team to victory for the first time this season without Rodgers in the lineup. They need the win to stay alive, but they have struggled without Rodgers controlling the offense. The Falcons have played just as bad this year. I think the Packers will enjoy the home field advantage and could find a way to put some points on the board. It could be pretty ugly though.
