Lovie Smith is the Vegas Favorite to become Houston Texans New Head Coach

Las Vegas will bet on anything that they can. Right now, there are some prop bets on who will become the new head coach for the Houston Texans. The Texans fired Gary Kubiak earlier in the year and Wade Phillips has taken over the position on an interim basis. There have been a bunch of names that have been mentioned for the job and here are the betting odds for those different names:

Lovie Smith                   5/2
Art Briles                       11/4
Ken Whisenhunt            4/1
David Shaw                  5/1
Kevin Sumlin                 5/1
Wade Philips                 15/2
John Gruden                 15/1
Bill Cowher                    15/1

Former Bears head coach Lovie Smith leads the list of names with 5/2 odds. The team has already reached out to Smith and want to interview him for the vacancy. Wade Phillips would love to stay on as the head coach as well. It should be interesting to see who the Texans will bring in as their head coach.

Who would you put your money on as the head coach for the Houston Texans?
