London Fletcher "This will more than likely be my last season in the NFL"

It looks like the glorious career of LB London Fletcher will be coming to a close in these final 2 games of the season. Fletcher says that he is 99% sure that this will be his final season. He has one more conversation that will make the final decision for him. Fletcher still has to talk to his wife to make it official.

“I felt like I’ve accomplished everything I wanted to accomplish in the National Football League,” Fletcher said. – Washington Post

Fletcher’s final game at home will come this weekend against the Dallas Cowboys. He will finish off his career on the road against the Atlanta Falcons.

Fletcher has been to the Pro Bowl 4 times in his 16 year career in the league. He has spent the final 7 seasons of his career with the Washington Redskins. He had his Super Bowl early in his career while he was with the high flying St. Louis Rams team. He has had a nice run in the NFL.
