Percy Harvin Not Expected To Return Until the Playoffs

The Seattle Seahawks have been moving the football up and down the field this season and have done it without the help of WR Percy Harvin. Harvin will likely sit out the rest of the regular season to rest his hip and make his return during the playoffs.

He played 20 snaps on November 17, but suffered a bit of a setback. He has not been on the field since that game, but should get back into the mix during the playoffs.

It will be interesting to see how the dynamic for the Seahawks changes with Harvin back in the lineup. When the Seahawks first picked him up in the offseason, there was plenty of talk on how he would get used on offense. He could line up in the backfield on plays, in the slot, out wide. He is a dynamic football player, but he needs to be on the football field in order to provide an impact.

Imagine the best team in the league adding a player like Percy Harvin during the playoffs. It is about to happen.
