This game is for the NFC East Championship. The winner gets to the playoffs and the loser goes home. The Cowboys will have to go into this game without their starting quarterback. Tony Romo had surgery on his back and Kyle Orton will lead the Cowboys against the Eagles. Luckily the Cowboys had a veteran backup to take control after Romo went down. Orton will get his chance with everything on the line.

The Eagles could have wrapped up the division a couple of weeks ago, but a surprising loss to the Minnesota Vikings gave the Cowboys a chance and now they have to win in order to get into the playoffs.

Prediction:

Dec 22, 2013; Philadelphia, PA, USA; Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles (9) throws the ball during the fourth quarter at Lincoln Financial Field. Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Chicago Bears 54-11. Mandatory Credit: Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

The Cowboys won’t have their starting quarterback in the game for this one and that might be too much of a handicap for the Cowboys to recover from. The Cowboys have struggled with their defense and will have to face off against the Philadelphia Eagles offense. Nick Foles should have a field day against the Cowboys defense and the Eagles should be able to get into the playoffs after a win on Sunday.
