Philadelphia Eagles backup QB Michael Vick expects to be a starting quarterback again in the 2014 season, per ESPN. The question is: Who will he be the starting quarterback of?
Nick Foles took over the starting job with the Eagles and has done an excellent job as the starter. He has led the Eagles to the playoffs and will be the starter for the Eagles next season. Where will Vick be?
There are a number of teams that will be looking for new starters next year, but there are also a number of quarterbacks entering the draft that could be starting in the league soon. Someone will give Vick a shot. In a league that is driven by quarterbacks, someone will want to work with Vick and hope that they can get some use out of his talent.
Vick’s time in the NFL is running out. He is running out of chances around the league. If he is unable to hold down a starting job in 2014, then I am not sure how many more chances that he will get as a starter.
