The NFL will have another talented quarterback entering the 2014 NFL Draft. UCF QB Blake Bortles plans on declaring for the NFL Draft, per Orlando Sentinel.

Bortles will be one of the top quarterbacks available in the NFL Draft and will likely be selected high in the first round of the draft. There are a lot of quarterback hungry teams out there that would love to have the services of Bortles on their roster.

Bortles just led UCF to the best season that the program has ever had. He is fresh off of a bowl win and now will test his talent at the top level. Bortles will forgo his Senior season.

Bortles passed for 3,581 yards, 25 touchdowns and nine interception, earning American Athletic Conference player of the year. That Jacksonville Jaguars or Cleveland Browns would be a perfect fit for Bortles. I am sure that the fans in Florida would love to keep their quarterback in the Florida area. Which quarterback would bring more fans to the stadium though? If you are the Jaguars, would you select Johnny Manziel or Blake Bortles to run the squad?

Bortles should be selected early in the draft. There are too many teams that need quarterbacks and Bortles is one of the top of the class.
