Chris Johnson “Use Me Or Let Me Move On”

Tennessee Titans RB Chris Johnson has not been happy with his situation in the Titans backfield. He gets pulled in short yardage and goal line situations and is not the work horse that he wants to be.

“I feel like if they are not going to use me the way I am supposed to be used and let me be the horse, then I would rather them let me move on,” he said. “Their money would be wasted on me.” – Tennessean

Johnson was on top of the league a few seasons ago running for over 2000 yards. Now he can’t even average over 4 yards per carry. Ever since he has gotten his big payday, he has not been able to break free for long runs as often as he was able to in that season.

Johnson is on deck to make $8 million for the 2014 season and is a candidate for release. He likely will get dropped off of the roster and someone will have to find that magic with Johnson all over again.

Who will take that chance with Johnson?

Could use his skills in San Diego. Johnson has three problems. His coach is clueless. His o-line is terrible. And his QB has no deep threat to stretch the field with. This makes it “easy” for defense to decide what they are going to do. The moto is, STOP JOHNSON, AND YOU BEAT THE TITANS.
