The New York Jets are in need of help at wide receiver in the offseason and they have their eyes on a couple of upcoming free agents. They will be looking to bring in Jeremy Maclin or Emmanuel Sanders this offseason according to the Daily News. Those two are high on their list.

The Jets were ranked at the bottom of the league with their passing game, ranking 31st. Rookie Geno Smith was up and down with his play, but he didn’t have many options to throw the football out to. If the Jets are able to land one or both of the receivers, they would be able to add some difference makers onto the team.

Last season, the Jets top 4 receivers were Santonio Holmes, Jeremy Kerley, David Nelson and Stephen Hill. The team needs more weapons on offense. Sanders and Maclin would be good options for them to pursue. They would be able to add speed and they both can make things happen. Other teams will be interested in their services also though.
