Calvin Pryor finishes with a 4.6-second 40

Calvin Pryor is one big bad safety that will look to level you any time you have the ball. He is one of the top safety prospects entering the draft. Either Pryor or HaHa Clinton-Dix will be the top safety selected in the draft.

Pryor ran his 40 at the combine today and was unofficially clocked in at 4.60 and 4.62 seconds. Not a particularly fast time for the safety, but that is now what his game id really dependent on. He is a big hitter. He is around the football. He has the football instincts on the field.

It will be interesting to see if his 40 time will effect his draft value on some boards. That is not his game and he will never tell you that is what his game is all about. He is a not a track star, he is a football player. Who will take Pryor in the draft?
