Marcus Lattimore entereed the NFL Draft last season after a brutal injury. He has made a ton of strides to make a return, but he was unable to get on the field as he was rehabbing. Before the injury, he was one of the top backs in the country. He had the potential to be great.

It sounds like he is running smoothly again and that could be huge news for the San Francisco 49ers. They would be able to add another threat on their offense. The 49ers are one of the top teams in the league and they put up the best fight against the defending champions. Adding a solid weapons like Lattimore would give them more ammo in the running game behind Frank Gore.

Lattimore has shown the work ethic and drive to make his debut into the league. We will get to see how well he feels once he steps onto the field against NFL players for the first time. I think he will do just fine.
