J.J. Watt Post Workout Routine: 30 Reps. 1,000 Pound Tire

J.J. Watt is super human or he just is not human at all. J.J. Watt is doing his POST-workout and for his POST-workout routine he flips over a 1,000 pound tire 30 times. Did I mention that this is his POST-workout routine. The part of the routine you do after you already did your normal workout routine.

Check him out right here:

What does Watt do for his normal routine? Bench press trucks?

Watt is a freak and this is why the Texans fans love this dude. He is putting in his work in the offseason and getting prepped to turn things around.

The Texans finished with the worst record in the league and get to add some major talent to their team through the draft. Will they get that quarterback that everyone is talking about or will they add another freak athlete on the defense to team up with Watt? Just thinking about Jadeveon Clowney and J.J. Watt on the defense has got to have quarterbacks trembling.

Check out the BUZZ.
