Dexter McCluster Signs with Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans signed former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and kick returner Dexter McCluster to join the team, per Adam Schefter. McCluster will be a nice threat for Ken Whisenhunt and his offense. He will look to get the ball to McCluster early and allow him to create yards after the catch.

McCluster is one of the best at creating yards after the catch and Whisenhunt’s offense thrives with players with that ability. McCluster will likely take over the special teams responsibilities for the Titans as well.

It will be interesting to see how the Titans mix him into the offense. They will find multiple ways to get the ball in his hands and allow him to work in space. It seems to be a good decision for both sides. The Titans were looking for a receiver in the slot that could create yards after the catch, and McCluster goes to an offense that can make the most of his abilities.

Should be fun to watch. Should.
