T.J. Ward Agrees To Deal With Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos have added safety T.J. Ward onto their defense, per Adam Schefter. They recently released Champ Bailey and now added a young player to their secondary that can help in a different manner. Ward plays safety and should be able to help with the Broncos poor secondary.

Ward was one of the best safeties available in free agency and he has caught on with the Broncos. The Broncos are a threat for a Super Bowl every season as long as Peyton Manning is throwing the football and Ward wanted to get in on that action. That has to be a huge change from what he was doing with the Cleveland Browns for the last few seasons.

Ward will be a huge upgrade for the Broncos secondary and should benefit from the pass rush up front. Von Miller will be back for a full season and the Broncos are also rumored to be in the hunt for Jared Allen on their defense. That could be huge for the Broncos defense.
