Jared Allen didn’t get the opportunity to play with the Denver Broncos after they reached an agreement with DeMarcus Ware, so he will be looking to catch on with another roster. A situation that looks like a good fit would be on the team that beat the Broncos in the Super Bowl, the Seattle Seahawks.
The Seahawks just released Chris Clemons off of their roster in order to make some room under the salary cap and they could use some help in the pass rush department. Allen is one of the best in the game to get after quarterbacks and would be a nice fit with the Seahawks defense.
The seahawks could get the most out of Allen and could get him an opportunity to win a Super Bowl. Allen is 31 years old and finished last season with 11.5 sacks. He still has a few years left in the tank and could add something to the stout Seahawks defense.
Allen is still available for the picking. The Broncos passed on him, but someone will pick up his talent.
