Most of the big-name free agents have been signed. I know that signings shouldn’t be evaluated now, but some seemed like they were steals while others made no sense on paper. Of course I’ll be wrong about perhaps more than a few good signings and head-scratchers, but here’s a look at the best and worst signings of 2014 so far.
