And now there are more pieces to the Colin Kaepernick incident. The pieces are starting to come together now. The latest bit of knowledge that was dropped on the incident is that WR Ricardo Lockette called the cops in order to remove the woman from the house, per SF Gate. The woman was naked in the bed and passed out and Lockette called the cops twice in order to get her out.

If you are unaware of the incident, a woman filed an incident report after hanging out with Colin Kaepernick, Ricardo Lockette and Quinton Patton. She was smoking marijuana and drinking when she passed out in the bed, when she woke up she was in the hospital. The incident was leaked out to TMZ and the story made headlines earlier this month.

Here is the newest report that was shared on the internet:

"The incident report obtained today says that a Crisis Intervention Team was summoned to the players’ suite at the Viceroy Hotel. The unit’s web site says that the Crisis Intervention Team “is an effective police response program designed for first responders who handle crisis calls involving people with mental illness including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.” – Sac Bee"

It sounds like things are starting to make a little more sense. She passed out after doing too much drugs and alcohol and Lockette called the cops on her. They took her away and she didn’t wake up until she was in the hospital.

Nobody is being charged for rape or assault on this incident. Anything else on the situation would just be speculation.
