The Dallas Cowboys could be interested in drafting Johnny Manziel if he slides to them at pick 16.
Just texted scout to see if he believed Cowboys would take Manziel if Manziel was there. Scout: "Of course he would." Oh boy.

That will be a fun situation to watch on draft day. Manziel is one of the most hyped quarterbacks in this draft and if he were to head over to Dallas, there could be a lot of buzz in that city. Jerry Jones is never afraid of bringing in that buzz onto the roster. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Manziel sitting there at pick 16 either.
The quarterback controversy that would follow in Dallas would be insane. Tony Romo is the team’s quarterback, but having Manziel on the roster would create an immediate competition for time and any time that Romo would falter, fans would want to see the youngster on the field. It would be insane.
If Tony Romo is healthy, then the Cowboys shouldn’t even consider taking Manziel. If Romo is hurting, then we could see something happen.
