Green Bay Packers Official 2014 Regular Season Schedule Released

Are you ready for some football?

Well, we’re still over four months away, but NFL fans can rejoice in tonight’s unveiling of the 2014 schedule. The Green Bay Packers open up at Seattle on the opening Thursday night. Fail Mary rematch, anyone?

For Packers fans, two days that always get marked on the calenders are the Packers/Bears games, and those will be held Week 4 at Chicago and Week 10 at home. After a nail-biting win in Week 17 that gave Green Bay a divisional win over their rivals, there will be some extra fuel added to the rivalry this season.

The Packers will be in prime time on Week 1 at Seattle, Week 5 hosting the Vikings, Week 8 at the Saints and Week 14 hosting Atlanta. Other games that stand out here for the Packers are Week 7 versus Carolina and Week 13 against New England. Both games are against playoff teams from last season, and could have postseason implications again this year.
