The Tampa Bay Buccaneers would seriously consider taking Johnny Manziel with the 7th selection in the NFL draft if he is available, per Ed Werder. This rumor has been swirling around for a while and now it is gaining more momentum. The team believes that he is a unique talent with a good arm and accuracy, according to Werder.
The Bucs signed Josh McCown in the offseason and also has Mike Glennon already on the roster, but they may not want to pass on the opportunity in selecting Manziel for their roster. It would be an interesting group of quarterbacks.

Manziel will draw a buzz around town and the team will get a lot of attention for bringing him on the roster. Prepare for the circus to come to town. If Manziel were to go to Tampa, he would get to work with some nice talent on offense. He would get Vincent Jackson at wide receiver and Doug Martin at running back.
The team still could use more help at wide receiver though. If they take Manziel in the first round, they will have to get a wide receiver in the next couple of rounds.
