Kansas City Chiefs Select Dee Ford

The Kansas City Chiefs selected a pass rusher to add onto their roster with their first pick in the draft by taking Dee Ford out of Auburn. Ford is one of the top pass rushers in the draft and can really chase after the quarterback.

The Chiefs might be preparing to lose Tamba Hali next offseason and will fill his spot with Dee Ford. In a division with Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning, the Kansas City Chiefs need to find ways to get after the quarterback and force them to make quick throws. Ford is one of the best at it and will be able to help in that department.

The Chiefs will be able to force things on defense. They will be able to make things happen on the defensive side of the ball and will be able to force more turnovers. They will be chasing after quarterbacks all day on defense.

Ford will give the team a nice pass rusher to get after quarterbacks.
