Seattle Seahawks Select WR Paul Richardson

The Seattle Seahawks made their first selection in the draft and added WR Paul Richardson onto their roster. Richardson is a speedster, but there were some concerns about his frame. He isn’t the thickest receiver and some question his durability.

Richardson is a playmaker though. If he gets the ball in his hands, he can run by the defense with his speed. After Golden Tate skipped out of town to head to Detroit, the Seahawks were looking to fill that hole. Richardson will bring more speed to that offense that already has Percy Harvin on it.

That offense has a few playmakers on the field that can break things open. They still will rely on the running game with Marshawn Lynch, but there are a ton of playmakers that can run by everyone.  It should be fun to watch the Super Bowl champs run down the field again. They have some nice pieces to work with on offense and we all know that the defense is at the top of the league.
