St. Louis Rams select RB Tre Mason

The St. Louis Rams selected RB Tre Mason onto the roster and he will join his buddy Greg Robinson on the roster. Mason is one of the best running back prospects in the draft and will now be part of the Rams offense. With the addition of Mason onto the Rams roster, the team could look to trade one of the running backs that is already on the roster.

Mason will get to run behind his former teammate Robinson and should get plenty of opportunities to play during the season.

Mason is not a big back, but he doesn’t run like a smaller back. He is decisive in his running and makes his cuts and looks to pick up as many yards as he can. He will not do much dancing around and will follow his blockers. He is a very nice selection for the Rams in the 3rd round of the draft.

Nice selection by the Rams. We will have to see what they do with the other backs that are currently on the roster though.
