Buffalo Bills attempted to trade up for RB Carlos Hyde

The Buffalo Bills made a trade up in the draft in order to get Sammy Watkins, but they attempted to make another move up in the draft to add another weapon on offense. They were looking to trade with the Miami Dolphins in order to add RB Carlos Hyde onto their roster as well.

The Miami Dolphins and the Bills were in discussion about the move, but the Bills were denied after the San Francisco 49ers made the deal with the Dolphins and they ended up taking Hyde.

The Bills should be alright at the running back position. They still have C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson to carry the rock and they added Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown onto the roster as well.

Instead of picking up Hyde on draft day, the Bills worked a deal to bring in Brown and he should get in the mix for some playing time. He still is a young back and will get his opportunity to produce on the roster.
