Brandon Marshall signs 3 year extension with Chicago Bears

Brandon Marshall signed a new contract extension with the Chicago Bears and made the announcement on The View. He signed a new 3 year deal contract extension worht $40 million.

Marshall had an excellent season last year with Jay Cutler and Josh McCown throwing him the football. Alshon Jeffery’s arrival onto the scene has helped the Bears offense move the ball through the air. Mark Trestman had a little bit to do with the success of the offense as well.

Marshall will be a mainstay for the offense for another 3 seasons. He is 30 years old now and the team will decide how much he has left in the tank at the end of this deal.

In his 2 seasons with the Bears, he has 2803 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns on 218 receptions. With the threat of Jefferey at the other receiver position, he is a tough player to cover. In his career, he has 9050 yards receiving and 57 touchdowns. The Bears fans can look forward to another 3 seasons of him on the roster.
