Justin Gilbert was the Cleveland Browns first draft selection in 2014, but you wouldn’t know it with all the attention that has been paid toward the other guy. Gilbert was the first corner taken off of the board and he is expected to do some great things on the field.

He was recently asked about his matchup during the season with a former Cleveland Browns WR Greg Little and he had this response to the fan over twitter:

Greg Little? The wide receiver that was just released. The team selected him in the 2nd round and he turned into a bust of a selection. Greg Little?

I understand the confidence of Gilbert getting into the league, but there are many draft picks in the league that have faded away like Little. A lot of draft picks with the Browns that have faded in that same manner. Gilbert has to step up to make sure that he is not one of those players that fades into the darkness as well. There still is a long road for him to travel.
