Desean Jackson pulled his hamstring, says he will be fine

On the third day of OTAs, Washington Redskins WR Desean Jackson went down with a little hamstring injury that kept him on the sideline, but it doesn’t seem to be anything big that will hinder him at this point.

“It’s just a little tight,” Jackson said regarding a hamstring he appeared to tweak while running a deep route. “It’s not no big issue.”

It was just a little tweak and he will have to rest it up for a little bit before he gets back on the field. THere is no reason to rush him back at this time with the season so far away. He will just have to sit back and wait and keep his head in the playbook until he is ready to roll.

It would be nice to see Jackson get that time with Robert Griffin III on that offense, but his health is number 1. There should be plenty of time for the two of them to work on their timing and to work on making big time plays on the offense.
