Danny Amendola hangs up on radio host who continually asked about injury concerns


New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola is often seen on the sideline during games nursing some sort of injury. There have been concerns about his durability throughout his career and he was continually harassed about it during a radio interview by radio host Adam Jones on WBZ-FM and Amendola finally had enough of the questions and hung up on the station.

Here is how the final words of the interview went down according to NFL.com:

“You’ve been described as ‘unlucky’ with some of your injuries,” Jones said. “We all remember that clavicle injury that you suffered as a member of the St. Louis Rams, and I remember a hit that you took a year against the –”

Who wants to hear about all the crap about the past problems. Amendola is looking forward to a new season and is looking forward to having a healthy season. He doesn’t want to hear about the mess in the past and then continued to be bothered by it over and over again.
