Andre Holmes moving ahead of Denarius Moore in Oakland

It is only OTAs, but Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore is slipping down the depth chart already. James Jones and Rod Streater will be the starting receivers for the Raiders. After them, the competition is open. Andre Holmes is pushing his way to the 3rd receiver spot over Moore on the depth chart via VIc Tafur.

The Raiders are tired of Moore‘s inconsistency. He could be on the trading block during training camp if he doesn’t step his game up. He is in the final year of his rookie deal and some team that needs help at wide receiver could make use of Moore’s potential.

Matt Schaub will have a nice group of receivers to throw the ball out to: James Jones, Rod Streater and Andre Holmes. Plus there is a nice pair of running backs that he will get to work into the mix as well. It will be a new look for the Raiders and it was needed badly.

We will see how all the new faces on this team blend together. If they are all able to get moving in the right direction, this team could make some noise.
