Miami Dolphins DE Dion Jordan has been suspended for 4 games for the use of PEDs, per the Palm Beach Post. Jordan disappointed in his rookie season and had been rumored to be on the trading block this offseason, but he never was shipped off to another roster.

“I was definitely too light to go out there against some of those offensive tackles,”

Instead, he returned to camp almost 20 pounds heavier than last season. He beefed up and looked like he was ready to take on the league with the added weight and muscle.

Here is what he said when he came into camp this season, via NFL.com:

“I was definitely too light to go out there against some of those offensive tackles,” Jordan said Tuesday of his first NFL campaign. “This year I had the opportunity to have an offseason where I can take care of my body. I’m trying to move forward and continue to try to better myself in a few areas.”

Jordan had a little help beefing up for the regular season. Because of that little help, he will have to sit out the first 4 games of the year. Another disappointment for the rookie that had shown so much potential.
