Calvin Johnson: We need to win a Super Bowl

Calvin Johnson and the Detroit Lions have their eyes set on the ultimate prize. They are looking to win the Super Bowl.

We need to win a Super Bowl

Here are Johnson’s thoughts via ESPN.

“We need to win a Super Bowl,” Johnson said Wednesday. “That’s the No. 1 thing. That’s the No. 1 thing [and] should be for every team going into the beginning of the year.

“We’re definitely in a place where we feel we could do that.”

NEED to win the Super Bowl.

That is the goal for all the teams around the league though. Johnson has plenty to be optimistic about. The team brought in an experienced head coach to flip things around. Jim Caldwell has won the Super Bowl twice as a member of the offensive coaching staff and will be looking to bring the Lions offense to an elite level. Caldwell will bring that Super Bowl experience to the sideline and help the team make that leap.

Training camp starts up in a few weeks and the journey will begin.
