Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice has been suspended for a pair of games for beating up his girlfriend. Is that enough?!

Players like Josh Gordon and Justin Blackmon (who was in the news again this morning for marijuana possession) have been suspended indefinitely for smoking chronic, while Ray Rice beat up his girlfriend and only received a 2 game suspension. Scratching my head!

We are lucky that the NFL doesn’t hand out the punishments to the rest of the criminals in the world. I wonder how they would handle the jaywalkers of the world?

Ray Rice needs to step up his game this season. He struggled on the field and this stupid incident happened off of the field. He needs to get things right and get back to being one of the top running backs in the game. He came back to camp in better shape and he is looking to regain his form. He has competition for carries though and he will have to give up the carries in the first 2 games of the year. What will he do this season? Will he be able to be productive?
