Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys may be having some difficulty on the field, but it’s safe to say that this team is sound financially. For the ninth straight year, the Cowboys have topped the Forbes NFL Team Values list with a net worth of $3.2 billion. No other NFL team has a value above the $3 billion barrier.

Dallas is ranked second among all sports franchises globally, only trailing soccer’s Real Madrid ($3.4 billion).

The top-five features two more NFC East squads, with the Washington Redskins ranking third ($2.4 billion) and the New York Giants sitting in fourth ($2.1 billion). The final team representing the division, the Philadelphia Eagles, hold the seventh position ($1.75 billion).

New England boast the second position ($2.6 billion), while the Houston Texans round out the top 5 at $1.85 billion.

According to Forbes, the average NFL franchise’s net worth is at an all-time high of $1.43 billion. That mean value tops the world’s 20 soccer teams ($1.05 billion) and NBA teams ($634 billion).

Super Bowl champions Seattle and runners-up Denver both rank outside of the top-10. The Seahawks come in at number 15, while the Broncos just miss out on the top-10, coming in at number 11.

The bottom seven teams on the list all rank below the $1 billion mark, with the St. Louis Rams finishing last of the NFL’s 32 teams ($930 million).
