Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain. The timetable for his return is still up in the air, but it is definitely good news for the star running back. He will be back on the field for the team at some point, we just has to see how the healing progresses.

High ankle sprains usually take some time to recover. The team could use him on the field as soon as he is available.
The Chiefs have stumbled out of the gates this season with losses in their first 2 games. They need some help on the offensive line and could use their runningback to make some explosive plays on offense. He can’t do that while he is sitting on the sideline with that high ankle sprain.
While the Chiefs have been struggling with the wins, the Broncos have started out the year 2-0 and the Chargers just beat the Super Bowl Champions. There is a lot of work to do.
