Arian Foster, Eric Decker Injury Updates
New York Jets star wide receiver Eric Decker has always planned on playing today against the Detroit Lions, but he has also been expected to take on a limited role in the offense as a precaution. The last thing the Jets need is for their most talented skill position player to suffer another hamstring aggravation, as he tried to play through it last week against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football but ended up leaving early after pulling up lame on the hamstring.

Decker has been officially listed active for today’s game against the Lions, but we’ll see just how many targets he receives. There’s no doubt that Decker will be on the field for key situations such as red zone plays and third downs, but we’ll see how many additional snaps he gets. The key things are improvement on the health front and avoiding an aggravation.
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has always been expected to play today, and his pre-game warm-up was fantastic. Although Foster missed last week’s game against the New York Giants with a hamstring injury, he isn’t expected to be limited in any way today against a tough Buffalo Bills run defense. Fantasy owners can expect another day in which Foster leads the Texans offense, though it will be interesting to see how many carries talented No. 2 RB Alfred Blue receives.
