Fauria injured his ankle because he was trying to stop his dog from peeing indoors. Just picture the whole thing. You already see the mini dog in the picture that the Lions posted on the twitter page. Fauria is 6-foot-7, 255 pounds and is running to get his dog out of the house. The mini dog! While running he trip or something and busts his ankle up.
Or maybe this is how it went down, because I have a mini dog also (but it is a manly mini dog). He was walking around and trying to get his dog out of the house to get it to pee outside when the little mut steps in front of his path. In order to avoid CRUSHING the little pup, he quickly moves his foot out of the way and busts his ankle.
Either way, his ankle is hurting because of a little puppy and the Lions twitter account had no shame in sharing the story. JOY!
