We’ll have our official power rankings up on the site tomorrow after the Monday Night Football game between the San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams, but it’s always nice to get a “day after” rapid reax with there always being so much to digest after every Sunday. We saw the Oakland Raiders play with some life in them with Dennis Allen gone, narrowly losing to the rival San Diego Chargers. Meanwhile, the New England Patriots put in another strong performance, but it came at the cost of potentially season-ending injuries to Jerod Mayo and Stevan Ridley.
