Halloween is here and that means that we are halfway through the 2014 NFL season. This year has seen its share of tricks (domestic abuse, court cases, other off the field issues, etc.), but it has also seen a good amount of exciting treats, too (including the following statistics). One thing that the NFL always promises are exciting games and interesting statistics. No, not every game is exciting and not every statistic jumps off the page, but the ten statistics I’ve included in this list most certainly do.

From quarterbacks performing at amazing levels to running backs and defensive backs underperforming this list has it all. By the season’s end I’m sure there will be many new jaw-dropping statistics to add to this list. If you’re a passionate NFL fan (of course you are) chances are you are already aware of a few of these statistics, but I hope you enjoy them anyway!
