The Indianapolis Colts and general manager Ryan Grigson have been quiet so far this offseason – at least in terms of bringing new players in. The defensive line is a unit that needs help, especially in the middle.

Since defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, the best free agent available at that position (and probably in the entire class), is reportedly “taking his talents to South Beach” the Colts should look for other options to improve their run defense. It was a unit that ranked 18th in the NFL last year and allowed 113.4 rushing yards per game, as well as an average of 4.3 yards per attempt.

Two players they should definitely consider to improve the defensive line, should they hit the open market on Tuesday, are defensive tackles Vince Wilfork (New England Patriots) and Terrance Knighton (Denver Broncos). Let’s take a closer look at both player and see who could fit better in Indianapolis.
