The Denver Broncos need some life on their team, and they need it now. After four straight seasons of making it at least to the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs only to be sent home without a Super Bowl Ring, the Broncos realize something has to change.

This process started with the parting of ways between the Broncos and head coach John Fox, who is now with the Chicago Bears, and the eventual hiring of former Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak. Changing a coaching staff that has lead a team to four straight playoff appearances (including one Super Bowl) means that the team feels they can achieve something greater than simply making the playoffs, and are eager to do it.

With quarterback Peyton Manning most certainly in his last few seasons, he and the Broncos both realize that their window for winning a Super Bowl is rapidly closing. They need to win, and they need to do it now, or they may have to completely rebuild their team from the ground up.

The team has seen some significant roster changes this offseason with the departure of tight end Julius Thomas, starting guard Orlando Franklin, and the season-ending injury of left tackle Ryan Clady. With star wide receiver Demaryius Thomas currently undergoing contract disputes with the team, it is clear that the team may have to rely on some previously unknown players stepping up big-time if they want to be successful.
