It’s late August. Where does the time go? Meanwhile, we continue the back half of our team previews for the upcoming NFL season.

Here we take a look at the Denver Broncos, one of five teams a year ago that finished with an NFL-best 12-4 record. However, for the second time in three seasons, the club dropped its first playoff game at home.

So can new head coach Gary Kubiak lead this team to its first Super Bowl victory since 1998?

We shall see. In any case, it means that the Denver Broncos are headed to the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year…
