After fracturing his clavicle in Week 2 against the Philadelphia Eagles, preliminary reports say Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is expected to miss 8-10 weeks. Romo’s backup Brandon Weeden is expected to be the team’s starter while Romo is out, and it remains to be seen how well he will perform. The loss of their starting quarterback could have a huge impact on the rest of Dallas’ players in terms of fantasy football.

With star receiver Dez Bryant already out with a broken foot, the Dallas offense will be looking for production anywhere they can get it. Anyone who emerges as a reliable weapon for this team should find themselves in an excellent position for fantasy production. If nobody steps up though, there may be little fantasy value  to be had on the Cowboys, not to mention the fact that the team may be in for a very disappointing season.
