It didn’t take long for the Arizona Cardinals to become the talk of the NFL world this fall. After three weeks of play, they sit atop the NFC West at 3-0, are the highest-scoring team and boast the highest points differential in the league.

Arizona has done all that without the help of starting left guard Mike Iupati, who should return from meniscus surgery this week against the St. Louis Rams.

Bruce Arians’ Cardinals are 3-1 against the Rams, including winning three straight by a combined 43 points. The defense surrendered just 10 points per game over those three games.

For this game to turn out how most expect—publications have Arizona as a full touchdown favorite—the Cardinals must win in the trenches. That means the offensive and defensive lines must win individual matchups. Do that and the final score should reflect accordingly.

Here are three matchups to watch as the Cardinals take on the Rams.
