There are a lot of NFL players on major rolls at the moment. So who do we think has been the league’s most valuable player this season?

Last season, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw 38 touchdown passes compared to only five interceptions, led his team to a 12-4 mark and the NFC North title. For his efforts, he was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player for the second time in four years.

While the talented signal-caller is always a candidate for such honors, we have him just a bit outside of our Top 5 candidates for the award at the moment, although the Packers have already wrapped up a playoff berth for the seventh straight year.
