When it comes the fantasy football outlook of Tom Brady for 2017, he won’t be missing a single beat as he continues to make NFL history.

Mark Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017 on your calendars ladies and gentlemen, as that will be the 40th birthday of quarterback Tom Brady. Fresh off his fifth Super Bowl victory, Brady will hit that ripe age before the start of next season. Therefore, many fantasy football owners are left wondering what to expect from a quarterback that old.

If there’s one thing to learn about Brady that we’ve seen time and time again, it’s to never count him out. Even with a four-game suspension to start the season last year, Brady totaled 3,554 passing yards, 28 touchdowns, and just two interceptions.

Brady continues to play with the same fire and intensity that has made many truly believe that he’ll be considered the greatest quarterback to ever play professional football—if he’s not already. Of course, the football world has no idea what he’ll continue to do over the final few years of his legendary career, but fantasy owners will be very happy with what he’ll bring to the table next season.

Fantasy owners should have Brady be in their sights as one of the top quarterbacks to consider drafting come next season. Of course, it’s never advisable to draft a quarterback with your first-round pick, but Brady continues to get better with every passing season. He’s not regressing by any stretch of the imagination.

Expectations bode well for Brady to continue keeping the New England Patriots on the map come next season. Not only should they once again be a contender, but they’ll remain team to beat since they’re the reigning Super Bowl champions. Most of it comes from their flawless execution by the man commanding the offense.

Brady is a machine, scoring a plethora of points with a high football IQ and, above all else, continuing to make few (or no) mistakes when it matters most. All Brady knows how to do is win football games and come through in the clutch, unlike most other fantasy quarterbacks that tend to fall off as the season progresses. Brady is all about consistency and will bring fantasy owners such results week in, week out.

Overall, expect Brady to continue his dominance come next season and probably for another two, maybe even three more years after that. His fantasy outlook is superb as he’ll continue to add to his legacy and prove that age means nothing when you’re as effective as he is.
